spacious rooms, good sound isolation. location is very convenient. gym at the top floor - you can see red venetian roofs while running. but i think this hotel has no spirit, could be any other city.

The Resaturant la Terrazza here has a wide array of cuisine choices (Venetian, Italian, international), and their wine selection is excellent as well.

It’s near to the grand canal and San Marco plaza ... the breakfast doesn’t have much varieties but a lot of restaurants are close the rooms are ok clean and tidy not all the staff knows English😔
