Recommended by a local. It is tucked away from the main streets but definitely worth a stop. Everything was great and the prices were very cheap (1-3 euro / glass of wine) - known for meat balls!

Overheard from another table: "Do you have a pizza menu?" "No, sir. Sorry. We are a restaurant." And what a restaurant! Everything was excellent. Especially the smoked mozzarella caprese blew us away.

A true local find in a tourist trap area. Delicious and unique dishes (I had a great white lasagna with asparagus and a local cheese), and with stunning prices. House wine is 1€ / glass!

Cosy, local place dat is much less touristy than most places in Venice. We enjoyed squid ink pasta, cuttlefish in squid ink (sauce was rich & full of flavours). Spaghetti scampi w tomato sauce was gr8

I highly recommend the scallops as an antipasto - they're covered in a wonderful light and zesty sauce. Wonderful! Overall a great and cozy trattoria.

The best in town for exceptional food, not the tourist attraction. Service is perfect and the locals love it

The food is good all-around but the tiramisu is to die for.

Great option with local dishes, reasonably priced. Better book in advance as it’s quite small.

Desserts: Choc fondant & crepes were nice. But I'd give the biscotti w white wine a miss - it was uneventful

Get reservations in advance! Small place. We were turned away on a Tuesday night for lacking them.

Squid ink pasta. Really, any pasta.
