Istituto San Giuseppe Castello
This is a Christian guest house. It is open all year apart from a week in November and a week in January.
There are 14 rooms: one single and the others have two, three or four beds, all with an ensuite bathroom.
In the Winter, there is a 10.30pm curfew and in the Summer an 11pm curfew. .

Le Romite (Istituto Canossiano)
Not to be confused with a hostel with a similar name on Giudecca, this accommodation in Dorsoduro was a monastery for hermit nuns. All rooms have an ensuite shower room. There is no breakfast provided but there is a communal kitchen and there are drinks/snack machines.
